Any indigene of the Kakar quarter — from Upper Kakar, Lower Kakar, Mbulah (Bo Mahlar), or Njimnkeng (Bo Njah lor Mbuh) or anyone born or raised in Kakar long enough is eligible to become a member of KADECA.
Members must actively participate in WICUDA, WIDECA, NADA, and Kakar Abi meetings in their respective towns of residence, and be registered in good standing.
Projects require a feasibility study, cost-benefit analysis, two-thirds majority EXCO approval, and simple majority General Assembly ratification for projects exceeding XAF 500,000
KADECA operates under the direct supervision of the NDFUNG FONDOM of Ndu Sub-division and the Wiya Clan, within the framework of WICUDA National.
All funds are deposited within 48 hours, require dual signatures from the Treasurer and President, and are subject to quarterly internal audits and an annual external audit.
